A person may fail as an entrepreneur but he or she may be good at something else and may succeed in it. so you can say failure and success are relative. What may bring success for you may not bring success for another person. To put it differently, you can say that every person’s talents and skills vary. Usually, talent is inborn and only you have to give yourself an opportunity to bring it out and put it to good use. In the case of skills, you can acquire certain skills with some training and practice.

So also you may have the entrepreneurship in you but you may not have discovered it. give entrepreneurship a chance and you can succeed in setting up a startup and eventually build an enterprise too.

But is only your talent for entrepreneurship enough for your startup to succeed? No of course not is the opinion of Jignesh Barasara. It is not a one-man job. A business is run by the teamwork of several people. Because in a company different kinds of people required. You may need engineers, designers, planners, sales executives, accountants, managers and so on.

You as an owner need to designate the different jobs to each person or a group of people as the case may be. There should be a right person to help the right job. This will pave the way for the success of your enterprise.

An accountant may be bad at designing and vice versa. All you need to do is recognize their talent and hire the people accordingly. Then you need to give them a chance to put it to good use for your company. They need to be given a free hand to use their talent and only then they will shine and give their best.

When they give their best in their job it will help your company grow and eventually you are the beneficiary. So don’t forget the mantra of the right person for the right job brings success.
